Duties
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate communication and workflow within the organisation.
- Schedule upcoming rota's, staffing at short notice for holiday and sickness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
