Contract: Full time, Permanent
Location: Hessle, Hull, HU13 0JG
Starting Salary: £36,363 circa per annum
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and 8am to 3:30pm on a Friday.

Our Property & Estates team are introducing a new role of Property and Estates Coordinator (Technical) to the team. We are looking for a motivated individual with relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours to support the organisation's PPM schedule delivery across hard and soft FM services. The postholder must be confident in the supervision of others including external contractors/visitors and the operation of MEP Building Services.
They will ensure the Humber Bridge Health, Safety & Compliance requirements are met and comply with Health and Safety legislation.
As well as acting as ambassador for the Humber Bridge, the successful postholder will:
- Provide leadership, technical advice and support for P&E technicians
- Responsible for contractor liaison and supervision
- Carry out reactive and routine inspections to support organisational compliance
- Operate, maintain and develop CMMS/CAFM system
- Assist with preparation of procurement documentation and ongoing contract management administration
