Tailored Transitions Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in New Milton (Oakside). The role involves supporting four young adults with complex medical, physical and learning needs to lead their best lives.
The job includes supporting with invasive personal care at times throughout the day, management of medication, daily record keeping, accessing the community, socialising with friends and family.
Full training and support is provided by the company.
Our individual's have very busy social lives, we are looking for people who are caring and energetic and can continue to help them live life to the full. Activities involve, hydro therapy, sailing, cinema, dinning out, shopping, music therapy, horse riding, bike riding, themed nights, parties, concerts, holiday's and more.
