Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Cooking: Assist with basic cooking tasks—chopping, mixing, heating, and assembling fresh Greek food according to established recipes and standards. Customer Service: Serve customers at the counter with enthusiasm, providing friendly, fast, and accurate service. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain clean, organized kitchen and serving areas while strictly adhering to food safety regulations to prevent contamination. Kitchen Support: Restock supplies and manage ingredient stations during busy periods to keep the shift running seamlessly. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of supply needs. What We’re Looking For Location: Must live in Winchester or have a reliable commute to SO22 4EQ. Experience: Background in catering, food service, or retail is highly desirable, but not essential—we are happy to fully train motivated candidates! Skills: Knowledge of basic kitchen safety and food prep techniques is a plus. Attributes: Reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, with strong communication skills and a great team mindset.
