What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing your onsite team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Taking ownership of sales, marketing, and lettings to drive occupancy and engagement.
- Creating and implementing a vibrant community experience, ensuring residents feel at home.
- Managing budgets, reporting, and financial performance with confidence.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Overseeing all facilities management, maintenance, and compliance, ensuring safety and efficiency at every turn.
Who we’re looking for:
A BTR Manager or strong Assistant Manager with strong overview experience.
