Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment. CSCS Card preferred but not essential. Before going out on site and jobs FULL training will be given before and this will be paid.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general labour tasks as directed by supervisors
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
- Operate basic tools and machinery safely under supervision
- Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as required
- Follow instructions accurately to ensure project specifications are met.
- Day to day will require early starts.
- Full driving licence required.
- Lifting granite and quartz worktops.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
- Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly
- Strong physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lift heavy objects
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
