Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their poolside experience
- Monitor pool activity to ensure safety protocols are followed and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including lounge chairs, tables, and surrounding facilities
- Assist with managing pool access, including verifying guest eligibility and issuing towels or equipment as needed
- Support the management team in organizing poolside events or activities to engage guests
- Enforce rules and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors
- Collaborate with team members to manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
Skills
- Strong management abilities with the capacity to oversee guest flow and safety procedures effectively
- Excellent hospitality skills, demonstrating warmth, friendliness, and professionalism at all times
- Proven experience in guest services or customer-facing roles, with a focus on creating positive experiences
