As a Luxury Jewellery Consultant, you'll be at the heart of these moments, providing exceptional service, expert advice and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Whether you are welcoming a first-time visitor, assisting a returning client, or helping someone find the perfect piece for a special occasion, you will play an important role in delivering the Baker Brothers experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional client service and creating memorable experiences
- Building genuine relationships with clients and developing long-term loyalty
- Assisting clients with jewellery purchases, special orders and enquiries
- Sharing your product knowledge and expertise with confidence and enthusiasm
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services where appropriate
- Supporting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the business
- Maintaining the highest standards of showroom presentation and visual merchandising
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless client experience
- Following up with clients and nurturing relationships beyond the initial sale
- Continuously developing your jewellery knowledge and industry expertise
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
You will be:
- Passionate about luxury retail, jewellery or customer experience
- A confident and engaging communicator
- Naturally personable and able to build rapport with a wide range of clients
- Motivated to achieve results and contribute to team success
- Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a busy environment
- Professional, trustworthy and attentive to detail
- Eager to learn and develop within a growing business
Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, sales or customer service would be advantageous, but attitude, personality and a genuine passion for people are equally important.
