Overview
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House team and become an important part of our family-run restaurant.
Being family-run is at the heart of who we are. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, personal environment where our guests feel like part of the family. We are looking for someone who shares these values and takes pride in making every guest feel comfortable, valued and well looked after.
This is a hands-on role in a busy and lively restaurant, where no two shifts are the same. The role will include a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts, so flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends is essential. You will play an important part in creating memorable experiences, from warmly welcoming guests through to providing attentive service throughout their visit. In return, you'll become part of a supportive team where everyone works together and looks out for one another.

· Work behind the bar, preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
· Prepare and serve coffees, including espresso-based drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes and flat whites
· Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming restaurant and bar area
· Process payments accurately using the POS system
Experience
· Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
· A friendly, positive and approachable personality is more important than previous experience
· Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with guests
· A genuine desire to provide excellent service and make people feel welcome
· Ability to remain calm, organised and attentive during busy services
· A willingness to learn and develop within the hospitality industry
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays when required
· Food safety and POS experience is beneficial, but training will be provided
