OTE £35,000 to £45,000
Plus Monthly Bonus Based on Sales Conversions & KPIs
Shifts Available: 6am–3pm | 7am–4pm | 8am–5pm | 9am–6pm | 10am–7pm

About the Role
Aspect Maintenance is expanding! We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service and Sales Agents to join our growing team in Chessington.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — handling inbound enquiries, converting leads into bookings, and providing first-class support to ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with maintenance and repair enquiries
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through confident communication and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with customer details and sales activity
- Work towards individual and team KPIs, including conversion rates and service quality metrics
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to continually improve the customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Strong sales mindset – motivated by targets and results
- Organised and detail-oriented, with solid administration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment
- Previous experience in sales, call centre, or customer service roles is an advantage
