Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic waitress/waiter to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. Both full time and part time hours are available, but you must be able to work midweek and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Greet guests warmly, taking orders accurately while providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle transaction operations, including processing payments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Restock supplies as needed, including coffee beans, cups, lids, and condiments.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with food preparation tasks when required, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is essential; full training will also be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food preparation techniques is desirable.
- Experience with serving/waiting or barista duties is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanour are vital for success in this role.
