Northern Corrugated Cases is looking for a reliable and practical Finishing Production Operative to join our Derbyshire production team.
This role will mainly focus on the Finishing Department, including operating and assisting with Folder gluers, Tape machines & Diecut finishing used in the production of corrugated packaging.
The successful candidate will help ensure finished products are produced accurately, safely and to the required quality standard.
Main Responsibilities
- Operating and assisting with Gluers and Tape machines
- Setting machines for production runs, with training provided where required
- Feeding, stacking, packing and palletising corrugated packaging
- Checking finished products against job sheets and specifications
- Monitoring quality throughout production runs
- Reporting machine issues, material shortages or quality concerns
- Keeping the working area clean, tidy and safe
- Supporting other areas of production when required
- Following company health and safety procedures at all times
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in corrugated packaging, print, finishing, gluing, taping, machine operation or manufacturing would be an advantage.
However, full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
