Join our esteemed Real Estate team renowned for its expertise in Residential Development
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer (2-6 Years PQE) to join our thriving Development team. You will play a key role in supporting our developer clients through the full lifecycle of development projects from initial land acquisition through to planning, infrastructure agreements, and ultimately plot sales.
Working alongside our highly experienced Partners, you will advise on:

Strategic site acquisitions and disposals

Conditional contracts, options, and promotion agreements

Planning and Section 106 agreements

Infrastructure and utility arrangements

Plot sales and ongoing site disposals
You’ll be joining a collaborative and high-performing team, where your technical knowledge and commercial insight will be valued and where there’s clear scope to grow both your client relationships and your career.
