Beckford Canteen is a bright, seasonal restaurant in the heart of Bath, proudly featured in the Michelin Guide.
We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor - with a bar focus - to join our team and take responsibility for the bar during service, while supporting the wider front-of-house operation.
You’ll be hands-on, leading from the front and making sure the bar runs smoothly, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. You’ll support the team, keep on top of stock and ordering, maintain excellent standards of presentation and cleanliness, and ensure every drink that leaves the bar is made with care and attention to detail.
You’ll have a genuine interest in drinks and hospitality, with good knowledge of wine, cocktails and spirits. You’ll be confident managing a busy service, comfortable leading a small team and able to stay calm and organised when things get busy. Previous supervisory experience in a quality restaurant or bar environment is essential.
Most importantly, you’ll care about the details – from a perfectly made drink to a well-run service – and understand that great hospitality is about making people feel welcome.
Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
