Keystone Lintels is the UK's leading manufacturer of steel lintels, supplying innovative structural solutions to the construction industry. We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our Team.
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide dedicated administrative and sales support to the External Sales Team, helping to maximise sales opportunities across your allocated region. Working closely with External Sales Representatives, you'll be responsible for chasing leads, obtaining project plans, tracking site progress, identifying expected order dates and supporting the conversion of project schedules into confirmed orders.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing opportunities from enquiry through to order.
Key Responsibilities

Provide internal administrative and sales support to the External Sales Team.

Chase leads to obtain project plans and monitor project progress, site status and expected order dates to help convert schedules into confirmed orders.

Liaise with External Sales Representatives, recording the objectives and outcomes of customer visits, along with any agreed follow-up actions, within the company CRM system.

Assess the quality of leads submitted by the External Sales Team, carrying out additional research where required to maximise opportunities.

Complete a minimum of 30 customer updates each day by proactively tracking leads, quotations and live projects.

Monitor outstanding quotations, obtaining updated site information and anticipated order dates.

Book appointments and customer visits for External Sales Representatives.

Identify potential new business opportunities through lapsed builders and other lead generation sources.

Develop a good understanding of Keystone Lintels' products to confidently respond to customer enquiries.

Produce forward planning information on outstanding schedules and leads to support the activities of your allocated External Sales Representatives.

Prepare reports, summaries and customer review packs for the sales team and management.

Provide timely feedback to management regarding significant lost sales opportunities.

Build strong working relationships with your dedicated External Sales Representatives, gaining an understanding of their customers and regional activity.

Support colleagues across the Internal and External Sales Teams, providing cover when required.

Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales support, administration, internal sales or customer service.
