ROLE: Legionella Remedial Plumber
HOURS: Full-time (40 Hours)
LOCATION: South London (SE 20)

We're looking for a Legionella Remedial Plumber who will operate across a wide range of client sites in South London, carrying out monitoring, remedial cleaning, chemical testing and minor plumbing tasks in line with Legionella control programmes.
Role Responsibilities:-
Carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.

Perform monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, water sampling and chemical testing across multiple sector properties.

Maintain customer water safety logbooks in accordance with ACOP L8 and company guidelines.

Complete and submit all documentation in a timely manner, including following up on customer queries.

Undertake water system cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the Water Technical Manual.
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.-
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential minimum requirement).

Experience as a Commercial Plumber within the FM sector.

Experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment (desirable).

Basic IT skills, preferably including Microsoft Office packages.

Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
