We are looking for a reliable person with excellent computer skills using Excel and Word. General office duties, processing orders and inputting data. A good telephone manner, able to work on own initiative in a small but busy office / factory.
Your duties would include:
Supervising orders through the various stages of production.
Negotiating with suppliers, stocktaking and purchasing materials.
Developing new business opportunities and looking after existing clients.
Being involved in various areas of print production, such as planning, estimating, buying, sales and overall management.
You would also meet with customers, organise workloads, supervise staff and plan schedules, meet deadlines and achieve quality standards.
You will also be happy to take on board many of the more day to day administrative and ad hoc aspects of running a small print office including helping out in production when required.
Skills and qualities you should have:
- good communication and negotiating skills
- strong IT skills including MS office; must be fully proficient in Excel
- the ability to lead a team and take the initiative
- the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- excellent organisational skills
- experience in Xero accounting software beneficial
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of data inputting is essential .
Punctual, hard working with good team ethic Ability to manage own work and quality control as well as managing agency staff. Will be required to work beyond normal office hours when Customer deadlines need to be met

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in an office administration role and be educated to 'A' level or equivalent level.
