Responsibilities
- Perform regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning of private homes, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Follow specific cleaning instructions provided by clients to meet their individual needs.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with clients.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to client and/or agency.
- Ensure safety protocols are adhered to during all cleaning activities.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Reliable transportation is preferred for flexible scheduling.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures.
