Ovieya London is a growing Beauty Members’ Lounge in North London offering hair, nails and beauty services alongside memberships, events and private bookings.
We are looking for a Nail Technician with particularly strong pedicure and foot-care skills.
We want someone who genuinely enjoys delivering excellent pedicures rather than treating them as an afterthought to manicure services.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable and highly confident with pedicure services. Professional ability, hygiene, treatment quality and appropriate service timings.
Responsibilities
- Classic pedicures
- Gel pedicures
- French toes
- Spa-style pedicures
- Foot exfoliation
- Scrubs and masks
- Paraffin treatments
- Massage add-ons
- Appropriate callus care within professional scope
- Gel manicure/basic nail services where qualified
- Appropriate consultations and contraindication checks
- Excellent hygiene, sanitation and sterilisation
- Appropriate aftercare and rebooking recommendations
- Work within appropriate service timings and manage appointments efficiently
Essential requirements
- Relevant nail/beauty qualification or recognised professional training
- Strong professional pedicure experience
- Excellent hygiene and sanitation standards
- Clean gel/polish application
- Strong client-care and consultation skills
- Understanding of relevant contraindications and when treatment should not proceed
- Professional treatment insurance
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable and professional
- Able to work within appropriate appointment timings
Desirable
- BIAB
- Gel manicure
- French manicure
- Spa/premium pedicure experience
- Paraffin treatment experience
- Additional Beauty Therapy qualifications
Contractor arrangement
This is a self-employed freelance contractor position.
Pay:
- £65 half shift — up to 5 working hours
- £105 full shift — up to 8 working hours
Shifts are offered according to salon demand, bookings and your availability. There are no guaranteed minimum hours or shifts.
