About the Role
Are you a professional and reliable Security Officer looking for a well-paid weekend role?
Traditional Norfolk Poultry is seeking an experienced Weekend Site Security Officer to help protect our site, colleagues, visitors and assets while maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and has a strong customer service approach.
What you'll be doing:
- Monitoring and controlling access to the site.
- Greeting and signing in visitors, contractors and deliveries.
- Carrying out regular site patrols and security checks.
- Monitoring CCTV and responding to security incidents where appropriate.
- Recording incidents accurately and completing security logs.
- Ensuring company security procedures are followed at all times.
- Responding professionally to emergencies and escalating issues where required.
- Providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for visitors and employees.
What we're looking for
Essential:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence.
- Previous experience in a security role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Good written and verbal English.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Able to work every weekend.
- Full UK Driving Licence and transportation due to the rural location
Desirable:
- CCTV qualification.
- First Aid qualification.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or food production environment.
