The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple hospitality sites. You will be the go-to professional for keeping facilities in excellent working order, delivering high-quality workmanship with minimum disruption to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive repairs across client sites
- Diagnose and fix issues across a variety of trades, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general fabric maintenance
- Respond quickly to call-outs, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent customer service
- Carry out safety checks, fault-finding, and remedial works
- Maintain accurate job records and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
- Ensure all work meets regulatory and health & safety requirements
About You
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance or engineering role
- Strong all-round skillset: basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
- Experience within hospitality environments (hotels, restaurants, bars, leisure facilities) is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently, confidently, and professionally at client sites
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
