Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall are looking for a proactive and organised Corporate Services Officer to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation by providing high-quality support across estates and facilities management, health and safety, HR administration, procurement, IT coordination and business support. Working closely with the CEO and Executive Management Team, you will help maintain safe, compliant and well-managed offices while supporting the systems and processes that enable our services to thrive.
As our Corporate Services Officer, you’ll enjoy a diverse workload where no two days are the same. You’ll coordinate facilities and office operations, support health and safety compliance, maintain HR records and systems, oversee procurement and supplier relationships, coordinate IT equipment and provide administrative support across the organisation. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, adaptable and committed to delivering excellent support, with a passion for continuous improvement and a desire to make a real difference while living our ROOTS values.
