Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic 16-18s Manager to oversee programmes and activities targeted at young people aged 16 to 18. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships, managing administrative tasks, and supervising programme delivery to ensure engaging and impactful experiences for participants. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee programmes aimed at engaging young people aged 16-18, ensuring they are relevant, inclusive, and impactful.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with programme participants, community partners, and stakeholders to promote engagement and collaboration.
- Supervise staff and volunteers involved in programme delivery, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
- Manage administrative tasks related to programme planning, reporting, and evaluation to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor programme budgets and resources efficiently to maximise impact within available means.
- Organise events, workshops, and activities that promote personal development, skills acquisition, and community involvement among young people.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in relationship management within youth or community programmes.
- Strong administrative skills with experience in programme or project management.
- Previous management or supervising experience is essential.
- Ability to organise multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with young people and diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, motivate others, and manage conflict constructively.

Pay: £24,420.00-£74,402.22 per year
