We are looking for a Community Programmes Manager who can take ownership of planning, coordinating, and improving our community initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can manage people, organise projects, work with stakeholders, and ensure programmes are delivered smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Programme Coordination: Plan, organise, and oversee community programmes from initial preparation through to delivery and reporting.
Team Support: Supervise staff, volunteers, or support workers involved in programme activities and ensure clear communication across the team.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with community partners, local organisations, service users, and internal management.
Service Delivery: Monitor daily programme operations to ensure activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records, prepare progress updates, track outcomes, and support management with operational reports.
Problem Solving: Identify issues in programme delivery and recommend practical improvements to improve efficiency and service quality.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in programme coordination, community services, operations, charity work, social care, public services, or a similar management role.
Leadership Skills: Able to guide teams, delegate tasks, and support staff in a professional and respectful way.
Organisation: Strong planning, scheduling, and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Communication: Confident speaking with staff, service users, partners, and senior management.
Mindset: Practical, reliable, people focused, and able to stay calm when managing busy community operations.
Pay: £37,459.00-£47,000.00 per year
