Female Live-in Complex Care Support Worker
Location: North Norfolk (NR12)
Pay: £850 - £950 per week
Zero-hours contract with regular ongoing live-in opportunities

Ambition Community Healthcare is looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced Female Live-in Complex Care Support Workers to support an individual with complex clinical needs within their own home in North Norfolk.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide consistent one-to-one support while building a trusted relationship with the person you support and their family.
About the role
You will be supporting an individual with complex clinical needs within their own home, delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes comfort, dignity and independence.
This package requires confident support workers who are comfortable working independently while following detailed care plans and clinical guidance.
Clinical experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- PEG feeding
- Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV)
- Cough Assist
- Nebuliser therapy
- Complex medication administration
- Moving and handling using hoists
The individual is non-verbal and communicates using an iPad, therefore excellent spoken English and clear communication skills are essential to provide safe and effective support.
What we're looking for
- Previous care experience (essential)
- Complex care experience (preferred)
- Experience with PEG, NIV or similar clinical interventions is desirable
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Compassionate, patient and reliable approach
- Ability to work independently within the person's home
- Right to work in the UK
