Job Summary

Duties
- Oversee daily food production activities, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster teamwork and professional growth.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain excellence in taste, presentation, and adherence to recipes.
- Enforce food safety standards and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary environment or restaurant setting.
- Extensive food production and cooking experience with a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
- Solid background in food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques across various cuisines is a plus.
- Strong leadership qualities coupled with excellent communication skills to foster teamwork and accountability.
