Duties
- All aspects of food production, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
- To be part of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
- Manage food preparation processes, including ingredient sourcing, portion control, and timely cooking
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
- Develop innovative menu items that align with current culinary trends and customer preferences
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serving and excellent guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control food costs effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen setting, preferably within a cafe, restaurant or hospitality environment
- Extensive kitchen experience with a focus on food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving standards, and hospitality principles
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
