The Lti Group are expanding , due to this further expansion we require an additional Regional Doorcan Manager to help and assist the growth of our business for 2026.
Applicants MUST have a proven track record in direct marketing specifically door to door canvassing and must be able to demonstrate the ability to recruit, train and motivate at all levels.
The applicant will be required to run 5 plus teams , control Territory management and deal with the day running of the operation.
There are no earning limits to this position and the first year earnings will exceed 100k for the successful applicant, full ongoing support and training is given and this post will be reporting direct to the groups Sales & Marketing Director.
