We are looking for a motivated and talented Kitchen Assistant/Baker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for baking and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
- Producing baked goods in high volumes while maintaining consistent quality
- Preparing doughs, batters, and fillings accurately and efficiently
- Operating and monitoring industrial baking equipment safely
- Meeting daily production targets and tight deadlines
- Ensuring products meet company quality, presentation, and taste standards
- Maintaining strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Cleaning and maintaining production areas and equipment to required standards
- Checks products in Kitchen unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
- Level 2 Food Hygiene.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
