Evolve Personnel are currently recruiting for Foundry Operatives - Moulders. Our client are an established steel foundry based in Stourbridge that are currently looking to expand their team.
Duties:
- Set up moulding equipment to produce accurate sand moulds and cores.
- Mix sand and binder materials to create optimal mould compositions.
- Inspect moulds for quality and accuracy before use in metal casting processes.
- Use of hand tools and machinery to shape and finish moulds as per specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and improve mould quality.
Candidates must have foundry experience, or a similar manufacturing background may be considered.
Hours: Monday to Wednesday 6:30AM - 4:30PM / Thursday 6:30AM - 3:30PM
