The post holder will be the senior nurse in operational management, responsible for all operational issues associated with the nursing teams. This will involve providing guidance and support, working with nurses, other clinicians, multidisciplinary teams and other departments in the development of the nursing teams.
This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. 12. Ensures completion of Patient Voice/Family & Friends surveys. Reviews these scores and discusses them with the team to ensure improvements are made and good practice recognised.
13. Effectively and empathetically responds to patients’ complaints including written responses and inclusive with team learning following the complaint.

15. To co-ordinate and manage the team within the department, ensuring cohesion of the multidisciplinary team. To assist and co-operate with wards and emergency departments, ensuring that they are aware of scheduled times of patient procedures, delays or possible cancellations, ensuring patients are kept informed and not fasted unnecessarily.
