Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, floors, storage areas, and dining service zones throughout shifts
- Support the organization of ingredients and supplies to promote an efficient kitchen workflow
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Help with setting up dining areas and clearing tables during service times as needed
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to uphold hygiene standards in all aspects of work
