Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Driver/Multi-Skilled Operative to support our bathroom adaptation projects. You’ll be responsible for transporting materials, assisting with installations, and supporting our field and warehouse teams. Previous van driving experience is essential.
Responsibilities
- Load and deliver materials safely to job sites
- Assist with installation, rip-out, and maintenance tasks
- Support manual handling and general labour duties
- Communicate with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic maintenance or installation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude
- Commitment to safety and quality
Performance Expectations
- 95% on-time delivery rate
- Customer satisfaction score of 8+
- Safe driving score of 75%+ (Green)
