You will be responsible for maintaining order at entry points, ID checks, and good customer service
Responsibilities
- Manage access control by verifying identification and authorizing entry for staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
- Complete detailed shift reports, incident logs, and maintain accurate records of all security activities.
Qualifications
- Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Door Supervisor License
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, security, and customer service excellence.
