Job Description
JM Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a strategic Commercial Operations Manager to oversee commercial activities and optimise business performance across the organisation. You will work closely with leadership teams to improve operational processes, support revenue growth, and ensure commercial objectives are achieved through effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial operations and support the delivery of business objectives.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operational teams to streamline business processes.
- Develop reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial operations, business operations, or operational management.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with budgeting, performance reporting, and business improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems is desirable.

Pay: £55,000.00-£78,000.00 per year
