Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Repairs Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing repair requests, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with administrative experience and strong communication skills to contribute to the smooth operation of our organisation.
Hours - Monday to Friday - 0800 - 1400 or 0900 - 1500
Salary - £12.71 - £13.50 DOE
Duties
- Manage and prioritise repair requests received. .
- Coordinate with suppliers, and internal teams to schedule repairs and follow up on progress.
- Enter data accurately into relevant databases, ensuring all information is current and comprehensive.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Monitor repair progress to ensure completion within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience with ovens and white goods repairs/ engineering
- Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused approach.
