About the Role
The Bentley Liverpool is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Events Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for creating exceptional events and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
As our Events Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a variety of events, including weddings, bridal showers, engagement parties, birthdays, corporate functions, and tribute nights. You'll work closely with clients from the initial enquiry through to the event itself, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and manage events from enquiry to completion.
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and create memorable experiences.
- Coordinate with suppliers, venue staff, and external vendors.
- Ensure events run smoothly and efficiently on the day.
- Prepare event schedules and oversee venue setup.
- Handle event enquiries, bookings, and client communications.
- Maintain exceptional customer service before, during, and after each event.
- Support the growth of The Bentley's events business through excellent service and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Wedding or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
