Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team and contribute to a wide range of maintenance, and repair projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your diverse skills across multiple trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient project completion. As a key member of our team, you will take on hands-on responsibilities that keep our facilities safe, functional, and visually appealing. Duties
- Carry out mould remediation tasks, including using chemicals cleaners and paints
- Conduct roofing repairs and installations, ensuring durability and weatherproofing standards are met
- Carry out painting and decorating to enhance aesthetics and protect surfaces from wear and environmental damage
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, and pointing
- Carry out guttering repairs and annual maintenence cleans
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades including Painting & Decorating, carpentry, roofing, bricklaying or related fields
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels, and wrenches
- Proficient with power tools including drills, saws, grinders
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Valid certifications or licenses relevant to trades performed
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
