About Ivy Meadow
Ivy Meadow Childcare is a small, family-run early years setting with a warm, welcoming and nurturing home-from-home approach. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where children feel safe, happy and valued, helping them develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.
· Learning through play and exploration
· Outdoor learning and spending time in nature
· A relaxed and nurturing home-from-home environment
· Strong, positive relationships with children and families
· Supporting each child as an individual and at their own pace
· Engaging, hands-on experiences rather than a classroom-style approach
The Role
· Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification required
· 4 days per week
· Hours to be discussed
· Immediate start subject to enhanced DBS, suitability checks and references
We're Looking for Someone Who
· Has a genuine passion for working with young children
· Is caring, patient, nurturing and reliable
· Enjoys play, messy activities and outdoor learning
· Can create fun and engaging learning opportunities
· Understands safeguarding and children's wellbeing
· Works well as part of a friendly and supportive team
· Brings enthusiasm, positivity and new ideas to the setting
