Your Role:
As our Maintenance Compliance Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimising planned, reactive, and remedial maintenance compliance across the Council Estate. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring we deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards for our clients and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Management: Develop and execute a planned preventive maintenance regime, including associated remedial works, ensuring full compliance with contract requirements.
- Performance Oversight: Manage and report on PPM, reactive, and remedial works, adhering to contract specifications and KPIs.
- Team Leadership: Oversee multi-discipline facilities management work schemes, holding regular performance reviews with both in-house and subcontractor teams.
- Asset Management: Monitor asset performance and condition ratings, updating asset information to meet both contract and GRAHAM standards.
- Lifecycle Planning: Support the creation of lifecycle programmes to enhance asset longevity and performance.
- Client Relations: Represent GRAHAM professionally, liaising with client management and site representatives, and managing client-focused activities.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare KPI and operational reports for internal, supply chain, and client meetings, and ensure adherence to QA procedures and GRAHAM’s Health and Safety policy.
- Out of Hours Support: Participate in management out-of-hours escalation for nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
- Auditing: Conduct audits for planned and reactive maintenance and hold regular review meetings with clients regarding contract performance.

Essential Criteria:
- Relevant engineering qualification.
- Proven success in a similar facilities management role with at least three years of experience.
- Technical expertise in a wide range of building services and M&E disciplines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Clean driving license.
Desirable Criteria:
- 3rd level qualification within the building environment.
- Associate membership of a professional body.
- Experience with bespoke CAFM or business management software.
