Graeme W Cheyne Builders is a family run Building Contractors in the Aberdeen Area. We specialise in external renovations for Aberdeen City Heritage Trust, Aberdeen City Council and private individuals.
We are looking to add to our team of slaters / roofers.
The permanent position would be Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 5pm, Friday 7:30am - 4pm coming to 44 hours a week. Company benefits include 29 days holiday a year, Pension contributions, PPE provided including clothing, company vehicle etc.
We work a bonus scheme so rate of pay is dependent on experience and bonus is dependent on performance.
We undertake strip & re-slates of churches, tenements, schools, offices & residential properties along side a small amount of jobbing works such as gutter cleans and temporary repairs.
We are looking for experienced slaters who work well in a team, are competent and driven who can undertake the following works -
Slating including skews & chimney haunchings
Leadwork
Felt Flat Roofing
Lime pointing
Gutters & Downpipes
Harling
A working at height medical may be required to be undertaken during employment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £18.00 per hour
