Looking for a role where no two days are the same?
We're looking for a confident and organised Mortgage Support Coordinator to join our growing team. You don't need previous mortgage experience – we'll provide full training. What we're looking for is someone who enjoys speaking to people, learns quickly, thrives in a busy environment and loves keeping everything organised.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping them begin their home-buying journey while supporting our Mortgage Advisers to ensure every appointment and application runs smoothly.
If you're a natural communicator with excellent organisation skills and enjoy being the person who keeps everything on track, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Speaking with new and existing clients over the phone and providing outstanding customer service.
- Booking appointments for our Mortgage Advisers and managing their diaries efficiently.
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their circumstances.
- Keeping in regular contact with prospective buyers and existing clients.
- Supporting advisers by preparing files and ensuring appointments are fully organised.
- Completing Agreements in Principle through lender portals.
- Researching lender criteria and assisting with mortgage enquiries.
- Preparing and issuing client documentation accurately, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What we're looking for:
We're more interested in the right person than previous mortgage experience.
You'll be someone who:
- Is confident and professional on the phone.
- Learns quickly and enjoys developing new skills.
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Is proactive and uses their own initiative.
- Has strong administration skills and is comfortable using computer systems.
- Works well as part of a supportive team while managing their own workload.
Experience in customer service, administration, recruitment, estate agency, hospitality, retail or financial services would be beneficial but isn't essential.
What you'll receive
- Full training and ongoing support.
- Opportunities to develop your career.
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
- Early finish every Friday.
- Company holidays and regular team social events.
- Friendly, supportive and collaborative working environment.
If you're looking for a role where you can build relationships, develop new skills and play an important part in helping people achieve home ownership, we'd love to hear from you.
