Main purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient execution of maintenance on primary plant and site services equipment.
The key elements of the role are:
- Adhere to the site services maintenance schedule
- Minimise downtime on primary plant and site services equipment
- Coordinate maintenance on primary plant and site services equipment
- Inform key stake holders of maintenance activity
- Ensure timely completion of QUOR and GMP actions
- Record all statutory and non statutory maintenance on the site CMMS (Shire)
- Record site services spend information
- Contractor permit control
- Set the site services team workload
- Advise on critical spare parts holding for primary plant and site services equipment
- Escalate critical equipment issues run out
- Maintain excellent levels of workplace organisation in plant rooms and site services areas
- Understand relevant risk assessments and safe working procedures
Shift is - Monday to Friday
Pay: £25.96 per hour
