The successful candidate will bring the following to the role:?
An enthusiastic and compassionate individual with experience of working with people experiencing mental health challenges or vulnerabilities?
Confidence in establishing and developing strong links with community agencies, voluntary organisations, and mental health services to support positive outcomes?
Comfortable with lone working and able to use initiative to make informed and person-centred decisions?
A commitment to delivering a high-quality service to service users, partners and internal colleagues?
Ability to contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of mental health support servicesPositive, adaptable, and open to change, with a willingness to contribute to a culture of learning, reflection and improvement?
Ability to design and facilitate opportunities that promote engagement, recovery, and reduce social isolation?
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively?
