37 hours per week
As HR Supervisor (Support Services), you will manage the day-to-day absence and occupational health services to ensure that the service operates effectively.
Reporting to the HR Service Centre Manager, you will monitor, review and streamline all administrative processes to support the work of the Team and to help contribute to the work of the wider HR&OD service. Experience of working with a HR information system is essential. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of supervising / supporting employees and be able to form strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
