About the opportunity
This is an opportunity to register your interest in Product Manager roles within our organisation. Roles of this type sit at the intersection of strategy, delivery and user experience, where you could work across cross-functional teams to shape products that solve real customer problems. You would collaborate closely with engineering, design and stakeholder teams to translate customer needs into clear product direction and deliver value iteratively.
What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:

Creating and refining user stories that communicate customer needs and acceptance criteria to the delivery team

Conducting backlog refinement sessions to prioritise features, improvements and technical work

Collaborating with engineering, design and business stakeholders to align on product vision and delivery roadmap

Managing stakeholder expectations through regular communication and transparent progress reporting

Supporting the delivery team through sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives in an Agile environment
-
Gathering and synthesising customer feedback to inform product decisions

Owning the product roadmap and communicating trade-off decisions across the organisation
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:

Experience in product management, product ownership or a closely related role

Demonstrated ability in user story creation and backlog management

Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills in Agile environments

Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery frameworks

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Product Management or a related discipline

Understanding of how to prioritise features based on customer value and business impact

Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams across distributed teams
