We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our successful and growing team in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for property and strong sales skills to progress their career within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with maintenance issues reported by tenants.
- Identify reported issues and establish if they can be fixed remotely or requires a site visit.
- Liaising between Landlords, Tenants and approved maintenance Contractor
- Organise internal property inspections for Property Specialist
- Handling check out administration and deposit returns.
- Organise safety certificates for all managed properties.
- Ensuring all maintenance and repair works are completed within budget and agreed time frames.
- Processing of contractor invoices.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude, the ability to work independently and as a part of a growing team.
- Proficiency in using property software.
- A commitment to delivering an impeccable standard of customer service.
- Knowledge of lettings and property management would be advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: Minimum 12 months experience in the property industry preferred.
