Open Bakery is looking for a pâtissier/pastry chef to become part of a dedicated team, making high-quality patisserie in our well-established independent bakery.

This position would be ideal for
- someone with the necessary qualities looking to attain or further their pastry skills, or

Hours of work:
- 40hrs/wk, occasionally up to 45hrs
- work shifts include Saturdays and occasional Sundays (short shifts)
- Shifts are mixed: regular daytime shifts with 2-3 early morning starts (3am-11am).
- Higher hourly rate for early mornings and for Sundays
