Open Partners is looking for a Mid-Weight Creative Designer (Strategy & Marketing Creative Associate Partner) to take design ownership of our brand. In this role, you will lead the creative direction for all internal and external communications, design high-impact pitch decks, and elevate our corporate social channels.
You will balance strategic pitch support with hands-on marketing design to keep the Open Partners brand sharp, consistent, and true to our story:
Strategy & Pitch Innovation: Partner with Creative Strategy to ideate and produce standout creative concepts and pitch decks that drive new business and organic growth.
Brand Guardianship: Own the ongoing development and rollout of the Open Partners brand across all platforms, including internal comms, merchandise, and social media (LinkedIn & Instagram).
Workflow & Asset Management: Manage day-to-day design needs, directing internal resources or acting as the gatekeeper for specialised external production agencies.
Established Ways of Working: You have built an efficient workflow for high-quality pitch deck design and asset delivery.
Deep Brand Integration: You practically understand our Origin Story, ensuring every visual solution perfectly backs up our strategy.
Elevated Visual Identity: You have developed a consistent, compelling visual presence that strengthens our reputation with key stakeholders.
