We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our friendly and hardworking team at the Cutty Sark Restaurant & Bar in Marazion, Cornwall.
This is not a rescue job – we already have a strong kitchen team in place and are looking for the right person to strengthen the team through our busy season.
Located in one of Cornwall's most beautiful coastal towns, overlooking St Michael's Mount, we serve fresh, quality food in a busy restaurant and bar environment.
The Role
Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard
Supporting service during busy periods
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Assisting with food preparation and stock rotation
Working closely with the rest of the kitchen team
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Experience working with fresh produce
Organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Team player willing to help wherever needed
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
We're a small, supportive kitchen with no strict sections – everyone works together to deliver great food and service.

£80 per week
